Back from training with Mandy and Gilbert. Jasmine's sick, so she can't join us. oh well, girl, take care and recover soon! looking forward to some running with you(:
Recently, I felt that I've been deproving. I don't know why I just couldn't push myself more during trainings regardless if it's self-training or with the team. & I'm getting tired easily. This evening, after the 2nd round of 400m, I practically got no energy. My whole body felt weak and my hands were like trembling and aching from yesterday's swim. And i heard that swimming helps in some way if you got injuries. I guess it really did though there's still slight pain when it comes to sprinting.
Anyway, I was thinking a lot on my way home. IVP's coming in just about 15 days and I've got no confidence in myself at all. The anxiety is building up in me and I am getting more nervous each day. I felt like I'm not well-prepared enough. sighh. Guess i'll just have to push myself more during trainings and not letting the tiredness and nervousness stopping me. hopefully, i can persevere on.
okay, i'm off to get some sleep! take care people :D
